Fully trained and certified
The partners at Forest Catering are fully trained and certified in the HACCP procedure (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point which becomes compulsory in ,January 2006) they are then recorded and available for inspection at any time. Each unit is hygienically clean at all times following a stringent cleaning and recording schedule which is set down by local authority guidelines and overseen by Dave our certified industrial cleaner making sure records are kept and reviewed frequently.
